Our company shall not provide any warranty service nor be liable for repair or replacement under any of the following conditions:

A. The consumer fails to provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) and product warranty card;

B. Product damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to screen or body damage or malfunction resulting from dropping, water ingress, compression, impact, chemical corrosion, etc.;

C. Malfunction caused by disassembly or repair by personnel not authorized by our company, or unauthorized modification or installation of third‑ party equipment by the consumer;

D. Product damage caused by use or storage in environments not conforming to the requirements specified in the product user manual;

E. Normal cosmetic wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, abrasions, aging and other appearance issues arising from normal use;

F. Product damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to earthquake, fire, typhoon, lightning strike, war, etc.;

G. The product has exceeded the warranty period specified in these terms;

H. The product was purchased through second‑ hand channels, regardless of whether it is within the warranty period;

I. The product serial number or tamper ‑ evident seal is lost or damaged, making product identification and warranty verification impossible;

J. The product is used for commercial purposes (including but not limited to non‑ residential scenarios such as hotels, retail stores, offices, etc.).

Our company reserves the right of final interpretation of this warranty policy. Supplementary provisions may be issued for matters not addressed herein.
