Warranty Period: Whole Machine Warranty is 2 Years. Major Components (Motherboard, CPU, Memory, Display Screen, Battery, Hard Disk Drive, Keyboard, Power Adapter) are also warranted for 2 Years.
Warranty Scope: Hardware failures occurring under normal use. This does not include human damage, accidental damage (such as dropping, water ingress), or damage caused by force majeure factors.
After-Sales Service Channels: Users can apply for service through the Official Website, Customer Service Hotline, or Authorized Service Centers. On-site repair (in select regions) and mail-in repair services are supported.
Data Safety: When repairs involve data operations, the service center will inform the user in advance. Users are required to back up important data themselves; the service center does not assume responsibility for data loss.
Warranty Proof: Warranty service requires the Purchase Invoice and Warranty Card. If no proof is provided, the warranty period will be calculated based on the product's factory manufacturing date.
